Supra Corrotech Division concentrates its business in heavy duty corrosion protection application. The Corrotech Division

specialize in :

RUBBER LINING :

  •      Chemical Industry (Caustic Soda plants, sulfuric acid plant, paper and pulp. water purification, phosphoric acid, etc.),
  •      Steel Industry (Plating tank, pickling tank, electrolytic bath, acid storage tank, acid regeneration line),
  •      Power plant (sea water pipe, water box, condenser)
  •      Environment protection (water treatment, desulphurization, scrubber)
  •      Food Industry (MSG Plant),
  •      Corrosive chemical transportation and storage (Tank Lorry, steamer),
  •      Dredging operation (tin mine, sand mine, harbor works, etc.),
  •      Mineral Processing (Gold washing, cooper refinery, etc.)

RUBBER HOSE

Hoses are the versatile components in any piping system. Their flexibility, longevity and parameters of operation make hoses the most practical method of conveying materials through a pipe line. Rubber Hoses are ideal products for tackling problems caused by abrasion, corrosion, vibration, expansion and contraction in any process piping system. Hoses can be adapted to meet specific engineering criteria and customized to individual requirements.

Rubber Hoses have the ability to vary in design and application to meet the challenges presented by all types of industries and material pumping systems.

Hose Applications :

Slurry Handling

  • Pump Suction & Discharge Adapters
  • Abrasive Resistant Mill Slurry Lines

Oil Suction & Discharge

  • General refinery applications
  • Ship to Shore Flex Hoses
  • Pipe Line Thermal Movement

Cement Handling Hose

  • Dry cement and hydraulic pumping applications

GLASS FLAKE LINING

COROFLAKE coating series Spray or roller applied COROFLAKE series combine the chemical resistance of heavy duty linings with the simplicity of spray applied, thin film coatings. Based on polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy, and epoxy novolac resins, this series is reinforced with laminar graphite, micro mica or glass flakes which form more than one hundred layers per mm within the coating film. COROFLAKE coatings were developed to provide a two or three coat, 1.0 to 1.5 mm protective systems which have outstanding chemical resistance at economical rates. They are resistant to constant immersion temperatures up to 70°C and to chemical fume conditions at temperatures up to 240°C.

Coroflake is used mainly in coating FGD system, fume ducting, scrubber, storage tanks and other applications which requred durable lining.
